Availability
Bonipak’s cilantro is produced in Santa Maria, California, April through October, and Yuma, Arizona, from November through March.
Storage and Handling
Cilantro should be stored in the refrigerator for freshness. Cover the herb loosely with a plastic bag.
An alternative storage method is to trim the ends and place in a glass with about an inch of water, similar to cut flowers. Place glass on counter or in refrigerator
