At Bonipak Produce, we are more than just a supplier of fresh vegetables; we’re a legacy built on a foundation of family values, innovation and sustainability. For over 90 years, we’ve been at the forefront of the produce industry, championing sustainable growing practices, nurturing our employees, and ensuring unparalleled quality and freshness in everything we deliver.
Our History
Our story began in 1932, when Milo Ferini and Dominick Ardantz came together to establish a family farming venture in California’s fertile Central Coast. From humble beginnings, we’ve blossomed into a comprehensive farming operation, spanning generations and delivering a diverse range of top-quality vegetables. The legacy of family ownership continues, with the second, third and fourth generations actively participating in our day-to-day operations, preserving the vision and culture of Bonipak.
Our Approach
With a steadfast commitment to quality and sustainability, we’ve cultivated a “Seed to Sale” approach that ensures meticulous control over every stage of the growing process. From planning and planting to harvesting, cooling, processing and shipping, we’re involved every step of the way, guaranteeing the freshness and reliability of our produce.
Growing Regions
At Bonipak Produce, we cultivate premium produce in two carefully chosen regions: Santa Maria, California, and Yuma, Arizona. In the Santa Maria Valley, we harness nutrient-rich soils and a mild climate to grow the majority of our vegetables. During winter, we expand to Yuma, Arizona, leveraging its fertile soil and milder conditions. These strategic locations ensure year-round freshness and quality in every bite.
