Bonipak’s green cabbage has a compact heavy head with a bright shiny green color. Our green cabbage has a light, peppery flavor that makes for wonderful coleslaw, salads and stews, and can also be grilled!

Availability

Bonipak’s green cabbage is produced April through November in Santa Maria, California, and December through March in Yuma, Arizona.

Storage and Handling

Remove any loose, wilted leaves prior to storing. Wrap unwashed, whole cabbage in paper towel, then place in a zip-top bag to be stored in refrigerator crisper section. Red and green cabbage can last anywhere from three weeks up to a month in refrigerator.
