Bonipak’s celery hearts are tender yet crisp with a tightly packed pale green stalk. Our celery hearts have a delicate, mildly salty flavor, perfect for snacks such as ‘ants on a log’ or more elaborate creations like turkey’s stuffing.

Availability

Bonipak’s celery hearts are produced year-round. Growing locations are Santa Maria, California, May through December and Yuma, Arizona, January through April.

Storage and Handling

To store, trim base and remove any damaged ribs. Rinse and put in a plastic bag. Refrigerate in the crisper drawer of your refrigerator for about two weeks. To refresh, trim ends and chill in ice water.
