- Bonipak iceberg lettuce (leaves separated for cups)
- Bonipak celery (finely chopped)
- Ground chicken
- Garlic (minced)
- Ginger (minced)
- Green onions
- Tamari or soy sauce
- Hoisin sauce
- Sesame oil
- Neutral oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add ground chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in garlic and ginger, cook until fragrant.
- Add chopped celery and cook for 2–3 minutes. Keep some crunch.
- Add tamari and hoisin, stir to coat evenly.
- Finish with sesame oil and green onions.
- Spoon into iceberg leaves and serve.
