Ingredients
- 3 oz fresh celery juice (about 3–4 Bonipak celery stalks, juiced)
- 3 oz tequila (blanco works best)
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.5–1 oz agave (depending on how sweet you like it)
- 1 oz orange liqueur (like triple sec or Cointreau)
- Ice
Optional rim:
- Tajín or salt
- Lime wedge
Instructions
- Juice the celery
Run fresh celery through a juicer. If you don’t have one, blend and strain through a fine mesh sieve. - Prep your glass
Run a lime wedge around the rim and dip in Tajín or salt. Fill with ice. - Shake it up
In a shaker, combine celery juice, tequila, lime juice, agave, and orange liqueur. Add ice and shake well until chilled. - Pour + garnish
Strain into your glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a celery stalk or lime wheel.
