This week, Bonipak brought together our fleet team for a Fleet Safety Summit focused on education, collaboration, and recognizing the dedicated professionals who keep our operation moving every day.
As a company committed to delivering fresh produce safely and efficiently across the country, we know that our drivers play a critical role in our success. The summit provided an opportunity to step away from daily operations and focus on key topics including safety, compliance, industry best practices, and continuous improvement. We were grateful for the insights shared by our CHP partners, safety and compliance team, insurance representatives, and transportation industry experts.

A highlight of the event was welcoming Ingrid Brown, Vice President of Blackjack Express and Women In Trucking’s 2026 Driver of the Year. Ingrid shared lessons from her remarkable career in transportation, emphasizing the importance of leadership, mentorship, and maintaining a strong commitment to safety.
One message that resonated throughout the day was Ingrid’s reminder that, “Everything you can reach out and touch, somebody in a truck moved it.” Her words served as a powerful reflection of the essential role professional drivers play in our everyday lives.

Most importantly, the Fleet Safety Summit was an opportunity to celebrate our drivers. Their professionalism, dedication, and commitment to excellence make it possible for Bonipak to serve customers nationwide. Every load delivered and every customer served begins with their hard work behind the wheel.
To our fleet team, thank you. We are proud of your commitment to safety, grateful for your dedication, and honored to have you representing Bonipak every day.
