Bonipak’s red cabbage has shiny, dark purple compact leaves with a white and purple interior. Our red cabbage has a delicious, slightly sweet taste and is a great addition in coleslaw and salads.

Availability
Bonipak’s red cabbage is produced April through November in Santa Maria, California, and December through March in Yuma, Arizona.
Storage and Handling
Remove any loose, wilted leaves prior to storing. Wrap unwashed, whole cabbage in paper towel, then place in a zip-top bag to be stored in refrigerator crisper section. Red and green cabbage can last anywhere from three weeks up to a month in refrigerator.
