Bonipak’s curly parsley has tightly curled green leaves on light green stems. Our parsley has a fresh, bright and slightly bitter flavor. Parsley is great as a garnish and can used in a variety of cuisines to add a fresh flavor to any dish.

Availability

Parsley is grown seasonally in Santa Maria, California April through October, and Yuma, Arizona, November through March.

Storage and Handling

Store unwashed parsley in a plastic bag in the vegetable drawer in your refrigerator.
