Ingredients
Salad
- 4 cups Bonipak Napa cabbage, thinly sliced
- 2 cups Bonipak celery, thinly sliced
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup canned mandarins
- ½ cup sliced green onions
- ¼ cup sliced almonds
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
Sesame Dressing
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine Napa cabbage, celery, chicken, carrots, green onions, almonds, mandarins and cilantro.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until evenly coated.
- Let stand for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to come together.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
