Hot Honey Broccoli & Halloumi Sheet Pan Dinner

Ingredients

  • 2 (12 oz) bags Bonipak Broccoli Florets
  • 8 oz halloumi cheese, sliced into ½-inch pieces
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small red onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons hot honey
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Add broccoli florets, bell pepper, and red onion to the sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  3. Arrange the halloumi slices among the vegetables.
  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes, stirring the vegetables halfway through, until the broccoli is tender and lightly charred and the halloumi is golden.
  5. Drizzle the hot honey and honey over the sheet pan immediately after removing it from the oven.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
