Bonipak Crispy Hot Honey Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (32 oz) Bonipak Cauliflower Florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
  • ¾ cup water
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Cooking spray

Hot Honey Sauce

  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together flour, garlic powder, paprika, and water to create a batter.
  3. Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Arrange on the baking sheet and lightly spray with cooking spray.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. While baking, whisk together honey, hot sauce, butter, and vinegar.
  7. Toss the hot cauliflower with the hot honey sauce and serve immediately.
  8. Top with sesame seeds if desired.
