Ingredients
- 1 bag (32 oz) Bonipak Cauliflower Florets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
- ¾ cup water
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Cooking spray
Hot Honey Sauce
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour, garlic powder, paprika, and water to create a batter.
- Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Arrange on the baking sheet and lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and crispy.
- While baking, whisk together honey, hot sauce, butter, and vinegar.
- Toss the hot cauliflower with the hot honey sauce and serve immediately.
- Top with sesame seeds if desired.
