Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley

Directions:

  1. Whisk the olive oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, oregano, red pepper flakes, and smoked paprika.
  2. Stir in parsley, season to taste, and serve over roasted or grilled vegetables.
