Ingredients:
- 3 cups Bonipak broccoli slaw (or shredded broccoli stems and florets)
- 1 apple, thinly sliced (Honeycrisp or Fuji work well)
- ½ cup Bonipak cabbage sliced (green or red)
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- ¼ cup toasted pecans or walnuts
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup crumbled feta or goat cheese (optional)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli slaw, apple slices, sliced cabbage, cranberries, nuts, and green onions.
- In a small jar or bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Dijon, maple syrup, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle dressing over the slaw and toss gently to coat.
- Sprinkle with cheese before serving, if desired
