Availability

Bonipak’s spinach is grown seasonally in Santa Maria, California April through October, and Yuma, Arizona, November through March.

Storage and Handling

Pack spinach loosely into a plastic bag and refrigerate to crisp leaves. Spinach is highly perishable and should be used within a week of purchase.
