Lettuce Cups

Ingredients

  • Bonipak iceberg lettuce (leaves separated for cups)  
  • Bonipak celery (finely chopped)  
  • Ground chicken  
  • Garlic (minced)  
  • Ginger (minced)  
  • Green onions  
  • Tamari or soy sauce  
  • Hoisin sauce  
  • Sesame oil  
  • Neutral oil  

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.  
  2. Add ground chicken and cook until browned.  
  3. Stir in garlic and ginger, cook until fragrant.  
  4. Add chopped celery and cook for 2–3 minutes. Keep some crunch.  
  5. Add tamari and hoisin, stir to coat evenly.  
  6. Finish with sesame oil and green onions.  
  7. Spoon into iceberg leaves and serve.  

Crisp, flavorful, and ready in minutes.
