Celery Juice

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Bonipak celery (about 8–10 stalks)  
  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled  
  • Juice of ½ lemon  
  • ½ cup cold water (optional, for blending) 

Instructions 

  • Wash thoroughly all ingredients.  
  • Chop celery into smaller pieces for easier blending or juicing.  
  • Juice or blend 
  • Juicer: Run celery and ginger through the juicer.  
  • Blender: Add celery, ginger, and water. Blend until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth.  
  • Stir in lemon juice and mix well.  
  • Serve immediately for the freshest taste.
