Ingredients
- 2 (12 oz) bags Bonipak Broccoli Florets
- 8 oz halloumi cheese, sliced into ½-inch pieces
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons hot honey
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add broccoli florets, bell pepper, and red onion to the sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Arrange the halloumi slices among the vegetables.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, stirring the vegetables halfway through, until the broccoli is tender and lightly charred and the halloumi is golden.
- Drizzle the hot honey and honey over the sheet pan immediately after removing it from the oven.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
