Veggie-Forward Meals for Back-to-School Season 

Back-to-school season brings a new kind of busy. While getting back into a routine, weeknight meals can quickly turn into whatever is fastest and not always what’s freshest. Bonipak believes you shouldn’t have to choose.

To help make fresh a habit, here are a few of our favorite easy meal and snack ideas that sneak in a little more veg. These are weeknight-friendly, picky-eater-approved, and perfect for making fresh feel effortless. 

Creamy Cauliflower Pasta 

Upgrade a weeknight favorite by replacing a heavy cream sauce by blending steamed Bonipak cauliflower florets with garlic, broth, and a little parmesan. Toss it into your pasta of choice and add grilled chicken. The flavor is familiar, the textures rich, and no one will guess there’s a full serving of veggie built into the base.  

Broccoli Cheddar Quiche 

Bonipak’s washed and ready-to-go broccoli florets and sharp cheddar are a classic combo. Bake them into a cheesy quiche for an easy meal that works for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. With the veggies finely chopped and blended right in, it’s a great way to serve greens without making them the focus.  

Build Your Own Celery Dip Cups 

Need something quick after school? Try snackable celery sticks with an array of dips. Fill small containers with your favorite dips like ranch, hummus, guacamole, or a yogurt-based option. Add washed and ready Bonipak celery sticks for dunking. Let everyone mix and match their own combo.
