Job Title: Employee Relations and Worker Safety Coordinator

Classification: Non-Exempt

Reports To: Safety and Compliance Supervisor

Area Designation: Yuma, Arizona and Santa Maria, California



  • Make sure new hire paperwork is complete and compliant
  • Responsible for issuing all employee badges
  • Assist/Train Supervisors/Foreman on Pet Tiger
  • Assist and train on paychecks and Money network


  • Assist Safety Manager with Accident Investigations
  • Assist with New employee training
  • Transport injured worker to medical facility and follow up on medical appointments
  • Daily field and crew inspections
  • Daily reporting of safety concerns/field inspections to Supervisor
  • Provide general guidance, direction, advice on regulatory requirements in all areas of occupational safety and health

H2A Program:

  • Meal and Lodging Coordinator
    • Ensure meals are delivered accurately and timely
    • Coordinate Room Assignments and Allocations
    • Social Distancing Coordination
    • Curfew and Wellness Checks
    • Transporting of Isolation/Quarantined Individuals to Quarantine location
    • Upon release of Quarantine/Isolation relocate back to designated lodging facility
  • COVID-19 Protocols
    • Face Mask Distributions and Implementation according to CDC Guidelines
    • Social Distancing Coordination according to CDC Guidelines
    • Hand Washing Station Coordination
    • Signage Review
    • Reporting of any/all violations to Safety and Compliance Department


  • Ensure legal positing are accessible and posted according to regulatory agencies
  • Ensure protocols, company policies and rules are being followed according to: Local, State, Federal, OSHA requirements
  • Assist Foremen/Supervisors with administrative items: forms, binders, etc.
  • Ensure subcontractors comply with company protocols and procedures
  • Ensure the Enterprise complies with company protocols

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a liaison between the field and upper management
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, fair employment practices and government regulations
  • Assist with Health Insurance Forms
  • Go out to the field to assist in Emergency/Payroll/New Hire/Termination/Counseling support for Foreman and Supervisors


  • Ensure all paperwork is completed in a timely manner
  • Other duties as assigned
