It starts with the availability of our products. Because our soil and
weather conditions are ideal for growing, we're able to offer all of
our commodities year-round. Broccoli, cauliflower, celery and all
our leaf vegetables are always available and represent the
largest volume commodities grown at Bonipak.

The annual volume of Bonipak's primary products gives one a
good idea of the size of the operation. Lettuce leads the pack
yielding over 133 million pounds a year, then celery at 59 million
pounds, followed by 60 million pounds of broccoli, 53 million
pounds of cauliflower and 24 million pounds of mixed leaf.
Other Bonipak commodities make up another 90 million pounds
of produce annually.

Many of our advertisements and even this website feature a small
map of California showing the approximate locations of Salinas
and Los Angeles. In between those two cities you'll find Santa Maria,
a very uncongested place where it's easy to get in and get out.
We have 16 loading docks and an orchestrated loading traffic pattern.
Trucks have very little waiting time as they are loaded and processed
promptly. There is plenty of room on the property for trucks to park
as they wait their call for loading. Unlike other areas, trucks never
have to wait on the highway.
