    It was 1932 when friends Milo Ferini and Dominick Ardantz teamed up to run a small sugar beet farm near Guadalupe, Calif, unaware that they were setting the stage for an agricultural empire that would one day employ more than 600 full-time workers.

Our Family

The tradition of family continues with ownership shared between the second and third generations of the founding partners. Each partner is actively involved in the day-to-day operations ensuring the vision and culture of Bonipak. The partners include: Milo Ferini, Patrick Ferini, Henri Ardantz and third generation owners: Rob Ferini, Mitch Ardantz, Craig Reade, Tom Minetti and Alain Pincot. Our extended Bonipak family consists of over 600 full-time employees, representing all levels of farm operations and management.
